Day 1 – Airport – Bandar Seri Begawan (Bandar by Night Tour)

Meet & greet at Brunei International Airport and transfer to Hotel.  In the evening, perform Maghrib prayers at the iconic Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. After prayers, enjoy a local dinner your own expenses at Bandar (Town) while touring Bandar at night, with a stop at the Gadong night market and return to the hotel for overnight..

Day 2 – Bandar Seri Begawan Heritage and Kampong Ayer Tour

Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast, visit the Malay Technology Museum and learn about the techniques used in the olden days of the Sultanate, then visit the Brunei Museum and its collection of priceless Islamic artifacts before stopping by the Royal Mausoleum of Sultan Bolkiah, Brunei’s famed Empire builder of the 16th century. Proceed for a photo stop by the Istana Nurul Iman, the world’s largest residential palace, home of the Sultan of Brunei and seat of Government, then visit the magnificent Jame’Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque and perform Zuhur prayers in Brunei’s largest prayer hall, where Friday’s Khutbah is usually delivered to the nation. After prayers, stop at Kiulap to have Lunch, after lunch, proceed to the banks of the Brunei River and embark on a local watercraft to visit the original Venice of the East, Brunei’s famous Kampong Ayer,. Back on land, take time to stroll around the beautiful modern Malay architecture of the Yayasan Foundation building, with possibility of shopping for souvenirs, textiles or imported goods at the shopping complex. Evening free at leisure. Pick up for return to Hotel for overnight can be arranged.


Day 3 - Bandar Seri Begawan MIB Tour

Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast, visit the bustling riverside Tamu Kianggeh and discover an array of exotic foodstuffs and medicinal plants sold at Bandar’s oldest market. Drive through downtown Bandar and its historic buildings, before visiting the spectacular Royal Regalia building and its display of precious objects used by the Brunei monarchy. Stop by the Handicraft Center, where traditional craft skills are passed on to the new generation, to enjoy lunch at Millennium restaurant  serving a buffet dishes.. After lunch, tour the government institutions area, viewing the magnificent architecture of the newly built Parliament House, the futuristic Ministry of Finance, the International Convention Centre, National Stadium and sporting facilities area, continue with a visit of the Islamic Exhibition Gallery at the Mufti’s Office, to view some of His Majesty’s prized collection of ancient Holy Qurans, as well as to gain an insight into Brunei’s unique Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
